Can I cancel my course registration?
Yes, you can cancel your course registration. However, please note that for all courses and workshops there is a $20.00 non-refundable fee to cover fees charged to CCNL by our sales platform provider. Refunds can be issued to class participants, up 48 hours before the start date of the class. Once a class is within 48 hours of the start date, refunds cannot be issued.
How to cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration and request a refund, please make a request in writing by email at claystudio@craftcouncil.nl.ca. We will process your refund request within 3 business days in the same form of payment used to place your order, minus the $20.00 processing fee.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 3 business days however please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account.
What happens when CCNL Clay Studio cancels the course?
In the instance when CCNL Clay Studio and Ceramics Education Centre cancels a course due to insufficient registration or due to instructor unavailability, CCNL will refund you 100% of the course registration fee.
