Welcome to Reflect Studio! My name is Shannon, and I am the founder of this company. I have a passion for creating things by hand, from candles and wax melts to soap, art, and jewelry. My artistic journey started at a young age, watching and admiring the amazing woodworking skills of my grandfather, the talent of my grandmother for painting, and my mother's artistic abilities. I started with photography, but it was mostly for my own enjoyment. However, while making wood items for a local craft market, I wondered what it would look like to pair my photos with my wood designs. My first design, a tree silhouette with a Banff landscape scene in the background, received a lot of interest and sold quickly. That's how Reflect Studio was born. Being able to combine my passion for photography and woodworking has been great. I find inspiration from the natural world and the landscapes around my home shop in Blaketown, Newfoundland. I am also making scented soy and beeswax candles and wax melts, in a variety of custom blended scents using high quality and clean burning ingredients.
